During the observations at Westerbork, the quality of the raw data is monitored and plots are made with correlator output, raw maps, etc . These plots are carefully inspected in order to find out if there are bad data on certain baselines (due to telescope errors or interference from strong radio sources like the Sun or Cygnus A). Any problems or peculiar information are stored in a small archive.
