At low resolution only the lobes are visible. 4C24.28 is a very compact source. The left lobe is polarized up to 12 percent (at 2 cm). The source is asymmetric in flux. Although the strange feature in the 6 cm map cannot be explained there is a hint in the 2 cm map that there is something out there (there is a structure that looks like some kind of alignement along the radio source). The high resolution maps reveal a core. The right lobe has the steepest spectrum. We have looked in these maps for evidence, trying to find the funny feature in the 6 cm made made in A-array. Nothing was found. The magnetic field is also directed 45 degrees along the jet. The rotation measure is estimated at about .
